Cleverlearn at the „Zukunft Personal“: Companies benefit from Interactive English courses

Hong Kong / Munich, 21st. of July 2005 –To be able to communicate with people around the world, is considered more and more, as an essential recruitment cri-terion for jobs in industry and commerce and the administration branch.Just as computers dominate our lives, it is hard to imagine English not being part of everyday professional life. Cleverlearn (www.cleverlearn.com) offers valuable help, whilst learning English, with it’s interactive tutorial lessons, catering for varying demands. At the „Zukunft Personal „ (13th and 14th of September 2005, in Cologne), the most prominent supplier of English as a Foreign Language (EFL), will be presenting how the combination of digital learning and attendance schooling can benefit companies. On a joint exhibition stand with Seminus, the further education platform in internet ,Cleverlearn, as exhibitor, aims to appeal to those responsible for personnel, in the in-dustry and commerce and administration branches. Taking into consideration the con-tinual cost pressure, companies persist in looking for solutions, which , on the one hand stimulate high productivity in further educational development, but without add-ing strain on their budget. This affects, in particular , language courses on which, a high emphasis is placed. The expectations of the Human Resources Manager are very clear: Language courses should not be expensive, should be effective and easily integrated in the companies daily routine, without exclusive service requirements. These demands can easily be met by Cleverlearn’s English courses. The individual learning aids form together into an integrated concept, which are retrievable from various levels. „Whoever wants to learn English“, explains Heinrich Pletschacher, European Country Manager from Cleverlearn in Munich „can practice his exercises in the office, underway or at home.“ With this offer Pletschacher wants to convince decision making bearers and their em-ployees.He quotes an up and coming trend in our society, “In the future, employees must take more responsibility of their own further education. With our support it is possible to complete one’s learning curriculum, irrespective of time or one’s location and herewith relieve your employer. The importance of this aspect for companies was verified at a presentation by the specialist magazine „Personalwirtschaft“ in accor-dance with the last “Zukunft Personal”. The Swiss Bank UBS AG and the German Car Suppliers ZF Friedrichshafen AG were distinguished for their response to this challenge. They encouraged their employees to organise their own further educational training program per online. A decisive advantage for a company is the considerable relief in organisational requirements for further educational training and saves costs by eliminating the conventional attendance schooling method. At the exhibition, Cleverlearn will present the newest learning tools, such as the vir-tual learning alliance „CleverClasses“. To add the finishing touch other learning pos-sibilities will also be presented at the „Zukunft Personal“,highlighted by the vocabu-lary trainer, „Clicktionary“ and mobile capabilities such as „Clever-Handy“and“CleverTrainer“, all classical products which Cleverlearn offers, and which are used and appreciated daily by thousands of participants around the world.
