Hong Kong, 22nd of January 2003 – Cleverlearn Ltd., the pioneering provider of e-learning solutions,  releases the CleverTrainer for Palm OS, a handy supplement to the desktop Clicktionary®.

The CleverTrainer is a self-testing service that supports the English-learning programs of Cleverlearn. To enable the user to test his English proficiency, he needs to transfer words from his Personal Vocabulary (PV) into his Palm OS.  This can be achieved using the HotSync™ technology of the Palm OS platform.  HotSync refers to the technology used by the Palm Computing Platform to enable the transfer of data between Palm units and the PC or Mac. 

Having the Personal Vocabulary in one's Palm handheld gives Cleverlearn subscribers access to his/her PV words without having to use a desktop computer. Users can keep studying and reviewing their PV's wherever they are and anytime they want. The CleverTrainer’s most important feature is the multiple-choice exam that allows users to test their English skills. The test requires the user to supply the correct translation of the word given its language source.

The CleverTrainer for Palm OS also features Quick Review and Detailed Review. The Quick Review button displays all the words of the user's PV, and tapping each word displays its details. The Detailed Review button displays each word and its details on the PDA screen.

Now, Cleverlearn subscribers can build and master their vocabulary with the help of the CleverTrainer for Palm OS. It's mobile learning and more!
