One more 100% foreign owned educational establishment in HCMC, Cleverlearn (America) has just opened the first English Language Center in Vietnam. Located at 186 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, this center is set up with a 100% investment capital by Cleverlearn. Its eleven-storey building has 22 classrooms and other functional rooms/facilities such as a movie theater, library, and gym. The Center offers various English courses, from children's classes to specially designed ones.
In the recent press conference on “Introduction on Modern Model of Learning English” held at the Cleverlearn English Language Center in HCMC, Academic Director Paul Hinshaw said: “Besides our experienced native English speaking teachers, Cleverlearn's methodology focuses on teaching English online, which is based on computer and Internet technology. We are now going to form a center called ‘English Learning Environment' at which students can learn, take part in entertainment activities using the gym, Internet, and library, as well as take sample tests and practice speaking English to Cleverlearn teachers for free.”
Up to the present, Cleverlearn's model of learning and teaching English has been successful in Taiwan, Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Germany, with over 200,000 students taking part in it.
